EPAC Names Players of the Week

Congratulations to Layla Sweatte (Northampton Community College - Women's Basketball) and A'maree Ellis (Luzerne County Community College - Men's Basketball) as this week's EPAC Players of the Week.

Layla Sweatte became Northampton's All-Time Leading Scorer with 1,144 career points. Layla scored 27 points to go along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists against Brookdale Community College on Saturday, February 14th.  Additionally, Layla tallied 19 points, 6 assists, and 10 rebounds against Montgomery County Community College (wbb club team) on Thursday, February 12th.

Freshman guard A'maree Ellis was a leader on the court for all three games this week. In two games, he had a double-double. Though rough shooting hurt his game against Delaware County Community College, he was able to help the team win by facilitating the offense with 6 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assists.
