#1 Ocean CC defeated #8 Middlesex College on April 6 in the 1st round of the Region 19 playoffs, followed by #4 Brookdale CC on April 8, before winning the 2026 East District A Championship on April 11, with a 3-0 shutout of Roxbury CC.

#2 Union College of NJ defeated #7 Harcum College on April 6 in the 1st round of the Region 19 playoffs, followed by #3 Atlantic Cape CC on April 8, before winning the 2026 East District B Championship on April 11, with a five set, 3-2 thrilling win against Finger Lakes CC.
